How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Poundsjoy Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Poundsjoy Plumbing
- How we handled your personal information
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a plumber we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start by raising it with the plumber. Keep a written record.
Still, we want to hear about it. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider who keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Know this, though: Poundsjoy Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make choices for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@poundsjoy.living. Please include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the plumber
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, and what you would like us to do
What Comes Next
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
You can reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with plumbing work, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
